Products & Use

• Our resistance bands are intended for fitness and exercise purposes only.
• Customers are responsible for using products safely and following all instructions provided.
• We are not liable for injuries resulting from misuse or improper exercise techniques.

Orders & Payment

• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

Returns & Cancellations

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, extended if the deadline falls on a weekend or holiday.
• Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase, provided they have not yet been fulfilled.
• Items marked Final Sale (such as clearance or hygiene‑related products) cannot be returned or canceled.

Warranty

• Resistance bands are covered by a 30‑day warranty against manufacturing defects.
• Normal wear and tear or damage from misuse is not covered.

Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from improper use of our products.
• Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
